I met Mr. Peters in April '06. I had just started on a weight loss and fitness program on my own. I knew that I needed more. I went to several neighborhood training gyms and I was disillusioned with the people who work there. Then Mr. Peters (I call him Garn) came into my life. Like the angel that he is, he has turned my world around. I am down from size 22 to size 8. I am fighting to get down to size 6, but I will be there. He makes every workout hard but rewarding. The smile on his face when I accomplish the next challenge makes me want to keep working harder. He has given me encouragement and motivation. He is more than my trainer, he is my friend. God Bless you Garn... I am stronger and healthier than I have ever been.

I have been training with Garnell for over two years. He always arrives timely with a smile on his face. I have seen incredible results: I am 14 lbs. less and two sizes smaller! I always admired the arms of friends of mine who worked out and never thought I could achieve that kind of definition, and now I have !!! Garnell always varies what we do from session to session as well as ensures a full overall workout that hits every "problem area". He's the best!!!!!

Training with Garnell has had such an enormous impact on me. I've never felt stronger: physically, mentally, and emotionally! He is always pushing me to the limit, which is so empowering in so many ways! I know that he's got my back and believes in me. His attention to detail, enthusiasm, and attentiveness mean so much to me! Garnell's creative, challenging, and fun workouts along with his magnetic and energetic personality are so inspiring! Garnell Peters has been my trainer since April 2007. Since that time, he has helped me to lose and keep off 10 pounds through intense weight training. During our training sessions, Garnell is never easy on me, yet not too hard on me that I am unable to complete the exercises. The routine changes every time so neither of us gets bored. He has an easy personality and likes to joke around, however, he knows when to get serious. He has given me a lot of self confidence I did not possess before regarding my own abilities and physical strength. Garnell is also knowledgeable about nutrition and teaches me how to keep on track. He also “coaches” me about doing cardio after our weight training session and this has contributed a lot to my progress. If it wasn’t for Garnell, I wouldn’t be in the best shape of my life!
